1. Details of security statement 

In order to protect private information of our customer, we make details of security statement as below:

- We will not share or abuse any information of our customer to any third party. 
- Staffs of Digitalzone2u are contracted with the confidentiality agreement. 
- We do not store any data of our customer. 
- We do not track or store personal details of your web browsing. 
- Customer data is stored securely. 
- Please do not provide us your financial details except for name, email address, billing address, shipping address. Credit Card checkout process in Digitalzone2u is secure.

 

2. Necessary instruction of purchasing

Before you placing the order, please aware of following items: 
 
Digitalzone2u can’t be responsible for the import duties and custom cost. As we are in Malaysia and not clear about the custom tax policy of your country, so we cannot predict the import duties and other relevant cost which should pay in your country when the goods passing your country custom. You have to check with the import duty rules and regulations of your country before placing order.
 
In order for your package to arrive at your doorstep fast and correctly, please provide us a valid phone number of order package receiver. We will write this contact phone number on your order parcel, this help the courier to reach to you much more easily.
 
Before purchasing large wholesale quantity order, we recommend that you start your order purchasing from sample order first. 
 
For products which are not faulty, we do not accept return and exchange. 
 
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping for returning items to us in Malaysia. The cost of shipping replacement products is covered by Digitalzone2u.

 

3. Returns and Warranty

All of products from Digitalzone2u are guaranteed with 1 year warranty.

Before shipping out, all goods have been double verified by Digitalzone2u. Our test engineer will check for quality, including check the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories and power adapter plug standard. If you have any problem using the products, please feedback to us and we will discuss with you via our technical support.

For warranty claims, please follow the below steps:

STEP 1: Email Digitalzone2u at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and provide the following details:
- Name
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Attached photo / video of faulty product

STEP 2: Upon confirmation, a mailing address will be provided.
STEP 3: Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to Digitalzone2u. Delivery costs to be covered by customer.

Digitalzone2u will cover delivery costs of replacement or repaired product to customer.

Warranty claims which do not fulfil the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.

 

4. When does the 1 Year warranty starts from?

It starts from the time of customer receiving the products, based on the delivery date given by Courier Company.

 

5. Who will pay for returning cost?

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning items to us. 
 
Digitalzone2u will cover the cost of shipping replacement products to customers.

 

6. Why change the Express Courier?

Digitalzone2u reserves the right to select a different shipping company from the one you originally selected in your order. This may occur for reasons of shipping capacity, speed or known importation efficiency issues of certain carriers to certain countries. If the shipping company is changed you will not be charged extra. If you absolutely require a certain courier for your own reasons, e.g. they are known to be better at clearing goods through customs or they are faster etc then you must highlight this in your order comments.

 

7. What about Import Taxes and Customs?

Digitalzone2u is not responsible for informing the customer or consignee about their import regulations or taxes or duties. Therefore if an order is dispatched and is blocked by the customs of destination country, or if the customer refuses to accept delivery because of refusing to pay customs charges, duties or other taxes, digitalzoone2u is not liable in these instances for the costs incurred. Customer is advised to find out about import regulations and taxes before you place orders.
