1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order any time as long as the order is not under processing and prior to shipment. If payment has been made, full refund will be made via original payment except for the transaction fee charged by the credit card company which is not refundable. We do not accept request of cancellation once we have started processing your order.



2. How do I cancel my order?

Please note that this cancellation is only on the condition that your order is not under processing.

3. Details on purchasing?

You can buy all the products listed on Digitalzone2u, even one unit of sample order or large quantity order is available. 
Products from Digitalzone2u will be shipped to worldwide country via International Courier. We typically will ship out the order package within 2~3 business days after confirmation of full payment. 
For the Payment methods, we accept CREDIT CARD (VISA and MASTER) as our preferred payment method. Alternatively we also accept Internet Banking Fund Transfer (MEPS FPX) – support various Malaysia banks, Mobile Money, MEPS Cash, Web Cash and China Online Banking. PayPal will be available soon and we will keep you posted with our latest status.
There is no hidden charge or sales tax on the prices shown in our website. What you see in Digitalzone2u webpage is
the net selling price excluding shipping fee, which varies from country to country.

4. Necessary tips before placing order

Before your order placing, please aware of some tips as below: 
All products from Digitalzone2u are imported products from other countries. As an importer, we are responsible for the import duties and tax charges. The price in our website already factored in the import duties and tax charges. So, we provide a piece of mind to our customer where the products will reach to your doorstep.
Customer requires to provide a valid phone number and mailing address. We will write the receiver's telephone number on the airway bill and order parcel. This will help the courier company to send the parcel to you correctly and quickly.
Before make large wholesale order, we recommend you to make sample order first.
All products from Digitalzone2u have product warranty of 1 year against manufacturing defects. 
For returned products, customers are responsible for the delivery cost.

5. Can I add, change or remove items?

Yes, you can add, change or remove items from your order as long as the order is not in the status of processing. 
Adding products or increasing the quantities of the same models may be feasible. However, doing so may significantly delay the estimated ship date. If you need to change your order detail, such as adding or removing items, or changing shipment information, please let us know as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed exactly the way you want, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

6. How do I track my orders?

7. Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We don’t have any requirement for minimum order quantity (MOQ) for all our products.  

You can order any quantity you want. You can just buy one sample for evaluation or buy a bulk at any quantity. We
can ship single item sample or large orders worldwide. The more you order, the lower the per-item price will be.

8. Why is my order canceled?

We may cancel your order if we are unable to confirm the order detail, including but not limited to shipping address,
buyer's identity, valid phone number, email address, payment issues, credit information and product availability.


9. How to make an order?

Placing an order on Digitalzone2u is very easy and quick, just follow the steps mentioned below:

2) Find items wanted from our website
3) Add to the cart
4) Fill in the personal information, such as shipping address and payment information
